Decent pizza. It is severely overpriced tho for what they have to offer!!! Management could be better.

EXCELLENT pizza, sandwiches and other delicious treats. They also sell soda and other drinks. My only complaint is they don't take debit, but there is a ATM inside the shop. There are also stools inside for waiting but no tables so food is usually take out. I highly recommend they're hand tossed crust and they're mozzarella sticks!!

Just pick up a pizza from the crossroads in New Berlin location. I went in at 7:30 pm on 8/14/19 to pay for the pizza. As I was picking up my pizza. A tall skinny young man with a backwards hat was spraying some product on there what I think was a prep area. But was next to where freshly made pizzas before they get cooked were sitting on a rack. I probably will not go back cause my pizza could have this chemical of some sort that I do not know on it. I would not recommend this place because of the standard for cleaniness around fresh prepared food. I understand cleaning. But not around fresh food with a fine mist that is airborne.

Placed order for pizza and fish for delivery about an hour for delicious very. Get phone call back telling 30 minutes later telling me I am close see to Franklin and should call them and order there. Checked with google maps actually closer to New Berlin but I forgot about the Big Bend location... does matter won’t order from any of them.

Love their pizza. One of the best local pizza restaurants in the area. Pizza by the slice too! Cash only as far as I know but who cares?

First time trying this place out, and it took a couple calls to not get a busy signal. When someone answered I was immediately put on hold. I placed a pizza order last Friday around 6 for a 7:30 delivery. By 7:45 no pizza, so I called and they said pizza was scheduled to deliver at 8:15. No apology about the mistake so we told them to cancel it. I got the feeling they could care less as they are plenty busy. Must have good food, because they're not winning any awards on customer service.

Called 10 times over a 15 minute window. Busy signal every time. I took my business elsewhere.

The subs are plenty generous and super fresh. The pizzas are top notch.

Best pizza in Waukesha and Metro Milwaukee area. Perfect crispness and thickness of crust, tangy sauce, great topping selection. Also great appetizer selection. Great service. Great drink selection.

The pizza was fine but we decided to try something new for a change. The boneless wings and fries we ordered were oven baked (completely burnt) and looked like something you would get out of the freezer section of the grocery store for children. Complete waste of money for the terrible quality. Don't bother selling boneless wings and fries if they're school lunch quality.

Terrible delivery experience!! Ordered pizza at 5:15. Called at 6 to see where my pizza was and they said it was never started because they didn’t have my address and it would be an additional 45 minute wait for delivery. The employee on the phone said the order would be comped due to the mistakes made. So I decided to go pick it up to get my food faster. When I got there they said that they couldn’t just give it to me and charged me full price. I paid due to having hungry kids and didn’t want to start over somewhere else. That was the worst management I have ever seen for customer satisfaction. Will be going elsewhere for pizza from now on. Thank goodness there are endless options around.

Pricey for carry out, but the pizza is real tasty! Lots of choices.

Extremely nice staff. Young team members, but they were pleasant. Crossroads has amazing Pizza usually. But we got sub sandwiches instead for the first time. Weren't too great. Meatball sandwich had very little flavor, and chicken salad sandwich was also very plain tasting. Neither were bad though! Still a great place! I'll always recommend their amazing pizza!
